Data We Collect

Circle Connect collects your Waseda University email address, display name, academic year, preferred language, optional circle-interest preferences, and bookmarked circles. No payment or sensitive personal information is collected.

Purpose

Collected data is used solely to provide circle discovery and authentication services at Waseda University. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and bookmarks. Some associated content (such as posts) may be anonymized rather than deleted.

Third Parties

Supabase — Supabase (database and authentication) — data stored in AWS ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo).
Vercel — Vercel (application hosting) — requests served via Vercel's global CDN.
