- Who can use Circle Connect?
- Anyone can browse and search the directory. To save circles or claim a circle page, you'll need a Waseda email address (any waseda.jp subdomain).
- Is Circle Connect an official Waseda service?
- No. It's an independent, student-built project and is not officially affiliated with Waseda University. Always confirm details directly with each circle.
- How do I claim or edit my circle's page?
- Open your circle's profile and select “Claim this circle.” We'll send a verification code to the circle's registered contact email. Once verified and approved, you can edit the profile and post updates for students who follow it.
- How accurate is the circle information?
- Profiles are based on public listings and can be updated by approved circle leads. Confirm time-sensitive details directly through the circle's official channel.
- How do Bookmarks and Follow work?
- Use the heart to bookmark a circle for later. Follow a circle to receive its posts in your Feed. Both require a free Waseda account.
- Can I use the site in Japanese?
- Yes. Use the EN / JA toggle in the header to switch languages at any time. Circle profiles show both English and Japanese content when the circle has provided it.
- How is my data handled, and can I delete my account?
- We store only what's needed to run your account. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; see our Privacy Policy for the full details.
- I found wrong information or inappropriate content. What should I do?
- Use the Report option on the relevant page, or reach us through the Contact form. We review reports and act on them.
